Anger is often the result of frustration.
Frustration can be viewed as "an attempt to control something over which you have no control".
I realized that the only one who has control over people and events in my life is God.
When I stopped trying to take control and relinquished control to God, I found that I stopped being angry all the time.
It goes like this:
- God
- Family
- Work
If you are worried about something:You will find that you can still survive even the worst-case scenario.
- Ask yourself "What's the absolute worst that can happen?"
- Decide what would you do if that happened.

I used to think of myself as a programmer who is Christian.
Now I think of myself as a Christian who is a programmer.
That simple change in perspective has made a huge impact on my life.
Early is on-time.
On-time is late.
And late is rude!
The only person who can allow you to feel inferior is yourself.

It is a causal universe...
Actions have consequences.
To be in denial of that is to disengage yourself from the laws of the universe
which puts you at a great disadvantage
and makes you vulnerable to an inordinate amount of pain.
Other than that: it's no big deal.

Think about how stupid the average American is.
Then realize that half of them are stupider than that!
